Apple acknowledges “Do Not Disturb” bug, will resolve itself on the 7th of January
Following reports from some iOS device owners that the “Do Not Disturb” mode failed to turn itself off on New Year’s Day, Apple has published a support document which says the feature will start working correctly again after the 7th of January.

Symptoms
After January 1st, 2013, Do Not Disturb mode stays on past its scheduled end time.
Resolution
Do Not Disturb scheduling feature will resume normal functionality after January 7, 2013. Before this date, you should manually turn the Do Not Disturb feature on or off.
To turn off the scheduling feature, tap Settings > Notifications > Do Not Disturb and switch Scheduled to Off.
Ironically, the Do Not Disturb bug surfaced on the same day that Apple released an iPhone 5 TV advert showcasing the feature.
