First unboxing video of the new iPad surfaces

Despite the official launch of the third-generation iPad not taking place until this Friday, the 16th of March, Vietnamese tech blog Tinhte.vn has somehow managed to get hold of a white 4G version already and created an unboxing video featuring it.

Although the video is in Vietnamese, you should find it easy enough to follow along:

In case you’re wondering whether or not that really is a new iPad and not a second-generation model, the serial number, which you can just make out on the box, does appear to validate when entered into Apple’s service and support checker.

Tinhte.vn has also provided some photographs of the new iPad.

Update: Geekbench reports have also been posted by the site, revealing for the first time that the device has a 1GHz processor and 1GB of RAM.
